Schools, colleges, workplaces and community groups of any age or background are welcome to ask about a visit, from RME classes to local groups who want to know their neighbours better.

    The team will reply to discuss availability and agree the details with you.

    Ask about anything your group needs to know beforehand, including clothing, access and supervision.

    Come at the agreed time and follow the arrangements confirmed with the team.

Does our group need to be Muslim, or know anything about Islam?

Not at all. Groups of all faiths and none are welcome, including those visiting for the first time. Every question is welcome.

Is there a cost?

Please ask the team about any charges or donations when arranging your visit.

What should our group wear?

Modest clothing covering shoulders, arms and legs is appreciated. Shoes come off before entering the prayer hall. If you’re unsure about a scarf or anything else, ask the team before your visit.

Can we take photos?

Please ask the team first, and avoid photographing anyone while they are praying.

Will the visit fit our curriculum?

Tell us your learning aims in the form so the team can discuss what may be possible. Ask about any resources you need before the visit.
